Small BusinessICICI Bank appoints Khusrokhan, Sridar as non-exec directors
Private sector, ICICI Bank, today said its Board of Directors has appointed Homi R Khusrokhan and V Sridar as the non-executive directors.

Both would hold office up to the date of the next annual general meeting, when their appointment would be considered by the shareholders of ICICI Bank, a press release issued here stated.
Khusrokhan, who retired as the Managing Director of Tata Chemicals in 2008, has over 40 years of corporate experience and has earlier worked as the Managing Director of Tata Tea and Glaxo India.
Sridar retired as the Chairman and Managing Director of UCO Bank in 2007 and has over 35 years experience in the Indian banking sector. Earlier, he was the Chairman of the National Housing Bank.
ICICI Bank"s non-executive director, P M Sinha, today retired from the Board on completion of the maximum tenure of eight years, permitted for non-executive directors under the Banking Regulation Act, the statement said.
